In 2024, we commemorate the historic 80th Anniversary of the Normandy Landings. The largest amphibious assault in military history, it turned the tide of the Second World War. 

And now, to honour the nation’s heroes from that day, a brand new Silver Proof £5 Coin Set has been issued.

Struck from sterling silver to a precision proof finish this first strike edition has an edition limit of just 175. That means they are the first 175 to be minted and they are only available through CPM Prestige.

We will accept nothing less than full victory!’ encircle the coin – the order given by General Eisenhower on D-Day to encourage the men.
